What Is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient form of health and healing practices which includes exercise, breathing, meditation and cultivation of the body's own natural healing energy. Qigong exercises are very similar to Tai Chi using slow motion movements, breathing and visualization to promote relaxation, healing and good health and performance.
Qigong also includes techniques for unblocking, calming and energizing the various energy fields of the body and nervous system, using the concepts of yin and yang energy, movement of the body, placement of hands and visualizations.
Personal Qigong is used in the Integrative Immersion Process (IIP) Sessions to unblock, calm, energize and rebalance the energy fields of various nervous systems of the body, similar to Reiki or acupuncture without needles.
